About Beth Mulligan

Beth grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and attended South Dakota State University where she majored in journalism and marketing. She and her husband, Andy, have 3 daughters who attend Central Valley schools. They are an avid outdoor sports family, and together they enjoy golfing, biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, swimming, and wake surfing. Beth loves the Eastern Washington and North Idaho area and is thankful to have ended up in such a beautiful part of the country to live, work and play.

Beth became a Realtor to help friends, family, and clients navigate the complex world of Real Estate. She is comfortable with tough negotiations and assisting buyers with what for some may be the biggest purchase of their lives. Her marketing background is a great asset in guiding sellers with pricing and advertising their properties to get the most exposure to the right audience. She has experience in new construction, existing homes, land, and investment properties.
