About Nichole

I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington where my incredible husband Keith and I have been blessed to raise our two Kids, who are now entering their adult world lives 🙂

I have been fortunate to grow up in and work for our family business in the construction industry which launched my desire into real estate. I continued my passion in real estate as a transaction manager where I was trained and inspired working with a top producing agent and was introduced to a large variety of transactions with home buyers and sellers, investors and commercial transactions.  After several years in real estate my daughter Jazlyn and I purchased our first Coffee stand, Crush Coffee that has bloomed into three Spokane Valley Locations.

I love being able to work with my clients to help them from the first phone call to close in every aspect of their buying or selling experience with consistent communication and strong attention to detail and guiding my clients to understand the complexities that can arise by answering each of their questions along the journey and using my experience to stay proactive through the process to address potential challenges before they arise.
