A Spokane Valley native and University of Idaho graduate with degrees in Marketing and Finance, Patrick combines strong local knowledge with business savvy to deliver results that align with his clients’ best interests. A devoted husband, father of three, and co-owner of Red Red Property Management, Patrick is known for his integrity, professionalism, and relentless work ethic. Fuamai Ena, licensed in both Washington and Idaho, is our dedicated buyer’s agent and trusted guide for those navigating the home buying journey. Born and raised in Spokane, she graduated from Cheney High School and went on to earn her degree in Economics from Eastern Washington University. Fuamai brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to helping clients find not just a house—but the right place to call home. Her favorite part of the job? Building lasting relationships and seeing the excitement when clients get the keys to their future.
