About Toby

Toby’s PNW life started in western WA, running with his buddies along the banks of the Green River to moving his young family to the Spokane area in 2002. Toby and his wife April started investing in real estate shortly after moving over. A few rental properties gained him experience early on which ultimately led him to get his real estate license to help others in pursuit of real estate. You will find Toby networking to help his buyers find everything from raw land to premier luxury homes. Toby’s vast knowledge on marketing a home will ensure his client’s home or property will be noticed beyond the local markets.

Balance is everything so when Toby is not helping his clients, he is enjoying his home on 10 acres with his wife of 30 years and his 3 daughters.
